“Now some one is dying,” said the little girl, softly, for she had been told by her old grandmother， the only person who had ever been kind to her, and who was now dead that whenever a star falls an immortal spirit returns to the god who gave it.
She struck yet another match against the wall; it flamed up, and surrounded by its light, appeared before her that same dear grandmother, gentle and loving as always, but bright and happy as she had never looked during her lifetime.

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen! Tonight is a special day. I appreciate our dear teacher Miss chen. She is responsible teacher and she usually makes us feel interested in learning English. She always hope that our English have made improvement. No matter how tired she is, she never gives up on us. And she give us enough encouragement. We will remember our great teacher forever.
It gives me great pleasure to be entitled to such a precious opportunity to give a graduation speech on behalf of all the graduates of our college. First, I'd like to give our hearty thanks to you.
Meet college, open my sight, to enrich my thoughts, washing my soul, moistens my life.
Meet college, pick up a falling leaf, feel the passage of time. Mature autumn, tell me: the most precious thing in life is not the most shining, catch the youth, the most successful attitude rewards seasons.
Meet college, we make so many friends in the college. We have a valuable friendship. The more you lean you more you understand.
Today I don't know I must be happy or sad. Because happy for I'm ending the study of the north campus in GDAIB. I'm got so much of English knowledge. But I'm sad too. Because today, we'll break up together, maybe if we're has good luck at all, we'll meet again.
So, we must be get confidence at all, because tomorrow will be a pretty day!
Being graduated from college is not an end, but a beginning. We will always bear in mind the motto of our college --- Respects, diligent, and progressive.

各位家长下午好!
很荣幸能担任咱们一年 班孩子们的英语老师，我姓赵，希望在我们的共同努力下，孩子们能够喜欢英语，并学好这门课。
( )学校有一个非常优秀的英语组， 连续两年被评为长沙市优秀英语组。学校从一年级开始开设英语课程，并在原有基础上每星期加了一个课时，体现学校对于英语这门学科的重视，并，将英语纳入科大附小的特色教学。作为英语教师，我将尽职尽责，通过丰富多彩，形式多样的教学活动等培养孩子们的学习兴趣，并帮助其养成良好的学习习惯。
首先，我来介绍下我们所学习的教材特点，方便您更好的对孩子进行课外辅导。
英语教材并不是像语文，数学那样，有统一的版本，目前就长沙市而言，不同学校选择的教材不一样，我们选用的是由人民教育出版社出版，新起点英语。其中，第一册，也就是本学期学习内容包括六个话题：第一单元的话题是“学校”，第二单元是“身体部分”，第三单元是“动物”，依次类推，共六个话题。每个话题都包含三项学习内容：一项是语音;一项是词汇;一项内容是交际用语。比如，“学校”这个单元，就会有，与“学校”相关的词汇，与“学校”相关的一些句子。学生在学完第一单元后，能听，说，读，背“学校”相关的词句。并且，发音准确，语调自然，表达流畅。
相比较母语而言，英语的学习，没有语言环境，我觉得英语这门学科需要家长更多的关注和投入。
一.什么是“听说读写”
在英语学习中，我们经常讲到“听说读写”，这也是学生需要达到的基本要求。那么，究竟什么是听，什么是说，什么是读，该怎样听，怎样说，怎样读?接下来，我用“一个苹果”来举例，介绍家长在家应该怎样对孩子进行督促和辅导。
1. 听、说

这个过程，我们称之为“听，说”。
PPT 2 ： apple 看单词 Let’s say : apple
在这张PPT中，我们已经去掉图片，要求能把单词读出来。这个过程，称之为“认读”。学生应该具备这种认读能力。
以上就是一个完整的“听说读”的过程，那就是，先认真听，然后说，最后对词句能正确认读。
2. 写 (由于，低年级，以“听说读”为主，暂时不做讲述)
一年级主要以“听说读”作业为主，每次作业的具体要求，请家长要看清楚，督促孩子逐项完成作业。按照这样的方法，一天一天的坚持下来，会逐渐让孩子养成良好的听读习惯。
二.希望家长配合的一些方面
1. 准备一个复读机，点读机，或者录音机。每次作业听说读15分钟左右。在听说读时，孩子一定要“指读”，孩子要把手拿出来指着所听读内容。同时，眼睛要看着，心里一边记忆，做到“手到，心到，口到”。这样的作业才有质量。不要出现，做作业的时候，孩子东张西望，注意力不集中的情况。
2. 认真检查孩子的作业，逐项的检查完成情况，然后签字。签字前，可以问问孩子，这个单词怎么读?这个句子你能说一说吗?
英语对孩子来说是一门全新的语言，因为缺少语言的环境，学起来有难度，请家长多多鼓励孩子，有辅导能力的家长课后有必要对孩子进行辅导，没有辅导能力的家长请监督孩子的学习，你可以要孩子当你的小老师，或者问一问他在学校学到了什么?另外，建议使用点读机，效果比磁带好。(购买点读机时，请带好教材)
说了很多，家长们可能觉得英语学习是一件繁琐的事情，那是因为英语毕竟不是我们的母语，这门学科没有语言环境，课堂上的40分钟的学习是有限的，所以需要依靠课后来巩固知识。这样才能把英语学好。
三. 可能出现的一些问题
1. 有的孩子相对性格比较内向，不太爱表达，在说读英语时，声音很小。作为家长一定要鼓励他大声，吐字清晰。
2. 有的孩子，从前没有接触过英语，在前1-2周仍比较懵懂，请家长不要着急，多和我沟通，按我的要求督促他的学习，一定没有问题的。有的孩子，在幼儿园学过英语，可能觉得一开始某些知识都学过了，作为家长，你可以在家对其进行拔高要求。但是，一定是在完成课内知识的基础之上，学习一些课外知识。
3. 英语的学习是靠一天一天的坚持，一点一滴的累积。需要考验的不仅是孩子的毅力和耐心，同时考验的也是家长。所以，在此我呼吁，请你做一个有恒心，有耐心，有毅力的家长。你的付出一定有回报，你的严格要求一定收获的是喜悦。
特别是到了高年级，由于没有良好的学习习惯，没有坚持每天听读，没有定期复习，做作业时偷工减料，家长忙，也没有关注他的作业。很多孩子英语的能力就这样逐渐下滑，从一年级的100分，到了毕业班的不及格，等发现成绩不理想，家长又开始着急，因为想进名校，要考英语，然后花费大量的时间，精力，经费来补习，花几个月的时间补习六年的缺失的知识，且不说效果，学生通常感觉是疲惫不堪!所以，在此我想再次强调，家长的严格要求，督促，重视，是对于我们老师最给力的配合!
也希望通过我们双方的一起努力，让孩子能养成良好习惯，培养兴趣，从而把这门课学好。
